Sr. Jacinta Forde
Sr. Jacinta works as a Hospital Chaplain in St Vincent’s Private Hospital. In this ministry she provides Pastoral Care to patients and their families at a challenging time in their lives. This care is available to everyone, irrespective of faith or background. She is also available to support staff that may be experiencing personal problems. The service offered is confidential and non-judgmental. She takes the Eucharist to the patients and is involved in preparing various liturgies for staff and relatives throughout the year.
